Enhancing health and comfort through innovative pain management

Sufentanil/Ketamine Nasal Spray

Ventis Pharma Announces U.S. Commercial Launch of a new Sufentanil/Ketamine Nasal Spray, a 503B Medication Following Release of the First Commercial Batch.

Launch marks Ventis Pharma’s second pharmaceutical product entry into the U.S. hospital and surgery center market and expands its institutional commercialization platform.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – September 14, 2026 – Ventis Pharma, Inc. (“Ventis”), a pharmaceutical and medical technology company focused on developing and commercializing innovative solutions for pain management and procedural care, today announced the U.S. commercial launch of Suf/Ket, associated with the CT001 development program and manufactured by STAQ Pharma under the product designation Suf/Ket.

The launch follows the successful release of the first commercial batch by STAQ Pharma, an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility, and represents another significant commercialization milestone for Ventis as the Company expands its presence in the U.S. hospital and surgery center markets.

Suf/Ket is now available for shipment to qualified U.S. healthcare institutions, enabling Ventis to begin its planned institutional rollout and adoption program.

“Suf/Ket is administered intranasally through a needle-free device, avoiding the need for intravenous access. Intranasal delivery of analgesics is well established in emergency and prehospital care, where AHRQ and the National Association of EMS Physicians have issued a strong recommendation for intranasal opioid administration in patients without IV access.  We believe this product will ensure acute pain can be rapidly treated helping to avoid both the short- and long-term effects of poorly treated pain particularly in children.”

Ventis plans to support the U.S. rollout through a national commercialization strategy incorporating direct institutional outreach, clinical education, healthcare-system engagement, key opinion leader development and participation in major emergency medicine, pediatric and surgical conferences.

The launch also advances Ventis’ commercial relationship with Cessatech A/S, the pharmaceutical company responsible for development of the underlying CT001 program. STAQ Pharma serves as the initial U.S. 503B manufacturing partner, while Ventis is responsible for U.S. commercialization and market development.

“Sedare provides Ventis with an opportunity to establish relationships with leading healthcare institutions while we and our partners continue advancing the longer-term CT001 pharmaceutical development program,” Patrick continued. “We believe the combination of near-term institutional commercialization and longer-term pharmaceutical development creates an important strategic opportunity for both Ventis and Cessatech.”

Ventis has begun working with targeted healthcare institutions on product evaluations, clinical education, formulary discussions and institutional onboarding. The Company intends to progressively expand its commercial reach as market adoption and manufacturing capacity increase.

The Suf/Ket launch is part of Ventis Pharma’s broader strategy to build a diversified pharmaceutical and medical-technology portfolio focused on institutional healthcare. The Company is advancing multiple products through commercialization and pharmaceutical development programs, creating the potential for multiple revenue-generating platforms across hospital, surgical, emergency, pediatric, dental and other healthcare markets.
